Welcome to BuilderKit.ai, an AI SaaS Boilerplate provided by 1811 Labs (the "Company"). By accessing or using BuilderKit.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use BuilderKit.ai.

1. Service Description
   1. BuilderKit.ai is an AI SaaS Boilerplate that provides users with access to a private GitHub repository upon payment.
   2. The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use BuilderKit.ai for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

   1. Access to the private GitHub repository is provided upon payment of the applicable fees.
   2. Due to the nature of the product, the Company does not offer refunds for BuilderKit.ai.
3. Intellectual Property
   1. BuilderKit.ai and all its components, including the boilerplate code, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
   2. Users are prohibited from reselling or distributing the boilerplate code as-is without prior written consent from the Company.
   3. Users are permitted to build applications using the boilerplate and monetize them as they see fit, provided they do not sell the code as-is.
4. User Responsibilities
   1. Users are solely responsible for their use of BuilderKit.ai and any applications built using the boilerplate.
